Money first, since that’s what most people scroll for:

Pricing and Booking

How much does a dumpster cost?
By size, seven days included — every number is on the pricing guide and the sizes and prices page.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Only four things can change the price — extra days, outer-zone distance, overfilling, prohibited items — and all four are disclosed before they happen.
How long is the rental period?
Seven days included; day rate after, with a rate adjustment at two weeks.
How do I book?
Call (402) 510-7016 or reserve online in about two minutes. Same-day needs: always call.
What if I pick the wrong size?
Call before delivery and we’ll swap the booking free; after delivery we’ll work out the fastest fix. The size guide prevents most of these calls.

Delivery and Pickup

How fast can I get a dumpster?
Same-day across most of the metro on morning calls; next-day nearly always. Details: same-day dumpster rental.
Do I need to be home?
No — mark the spot and we’ll place it; pickup works the same way.
How does pickup work?

We will automatically picl up the dumpster on the 7th day. If you would like it picked up sooner, please contact us.

Will it damage my driveway?

It can 100% scratch or crack your driveway. Scrapes can happen with any roll-off from any company — anyone promising zero risk is selling something. We promise careful placement and honest answers.

Where do you deliver?
The full Omaha metro — Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, Council Bluffs, and a dozen more on our service area page.
Box on the ground — what goes in it:

Loading and Materials

What can I put in the dumpster?
Almost everything from a home or jobsite — the complete yes/ask/never breakdown is the materials guide.
What’s absolutely prohibited?

Asbestos, dirt or concrete (available upon request) batteries, tires, pressurized tanks, hazardous waste.

Can I throw away furniture and mattresses?
Yes — standard cleanout material.
What about concrete and dirt?

Dense materials go in the purpose-built heavy-debris box up to the half-way point per company policy.

What if I overfill it?
Loads above the rim can’t legally ride the road; we’ll ask you to bring it below the line before pickup. Stay under the rim and it’s a non-event.
Last category — the paperwork question:

Permits and Placement

Do I need a permit?

Not on private property, ever. Street or right-of-way placement requires city approval — full breakdown in the Omaha dumpster permit guide. The permit application is easy and takes less than five minutes. Click here to get your permit.

Are suburb rules different?
Yes — every metro municipality runs its own process. Private property stays permit-free everywhere.
Where should I have it placed?
Flat, clear, and reachable by the truck — driveways are ideal. Mark the spot and we’ll hit it.
